Sherford – Planning permission granted

We are delighted to announce that South Hams District Council has granted Reserved Matters planning permission for our proposed 72-bedroom specialist care home in Sherford.

Exmouth – Contracts exchanged

Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts to bring forward a new 70-bed purpose-built care home within Dinan Way, an established mixed-use urban extension in Exmouth. The project is being brought forward through Propco (Dinan Way) Ltd, a joint venture between Barcroft Estates and the wider development company.
