Barcroft Estates are pleased to announce that they have exchanged contracts to purchase a site in Lutterworth. A planning application for a 75-bed care home will be submitted in Summer 2025.

Newport – Contracts exchanged with Lovett Care

Barcroft Estates have exchanged contract with the care operator, Lovett Care who have a strong presence regionally. Barcroft looks forward to working with Lovett Care to secure a planning consent.
