Barcroft Estates has completed the purchase of the West Malling site, securing the land with the benefit of planning consent for a 70-bed purpose-built care home. The scheme is being delivered for Avante Care & Support, with Aberdeen Investments providing the funding and Lawrence Baker appointed as contractor.
The approximately 1.64-acre site was formerly pasture land and occupies an attractive setting approximately half a mile east of the historic centre of West Malling. The development provides an opportunity to deliver a high-quality care home within an established and desirable community, with construction now progressing towards completion.
