Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts to bring forward a new 70-bed purpose-built care home within Dinan Way, an established mixed-use urban extension in Exmouth. The project is being brought forward through Propco (Dinan Way) Ltd, a joint venture between Barcroft Estates and the wider development company.
Positive pre-application engagement has already taken place with the Local Planning Authority, and the scheme is now progressing through the design process. The emerging proposals are being carefully developed to respond positively to both the immediate setting and the wider character of Dinan Way, providing an opportunity to integrate high-quality specialist care accommodation within the established and growing community.
