Farnborough – Contracts exchanged with Anarvo

Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts with Anarvo for the development of a new 66-bed purpose-built care home at Devereux House, Farnborough. The agreement marks an important step forward for the project, securing Anarvo as the operator and enabling the scheme to progress towards planning and delivery. The proposals will regenerate the former residential care and assisted living facility, which closed in 2020 and has remained vacant since. The scheme will retain the façade of the original Devereux House while comprehensively redeveloping the remainder of the site, creating a modern, high-quality and fit-for-purpose care home while retaining an important connection with the site’s history.
