Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts with Lovett Care to bring forward a new purpose-built care home at Newport, Shropshire. Lovett Care has a strong regional presence and is an experienced care operator, and Barcroft looks forward to working in partnership with them to progress the development through the planning process.
The proposed 74-bed care home is located on a prominent site to the east of Newport, immediately off the A41 and alongside the Premier Inn, Beefeater restaurant and Mere Park Garden Centre. The development provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality specialist care accommodation in an accessible location close to the established town, complementing the range of existing uses surrounding the site.
