Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts with the landowner to secure the opportunity to regenerate a former medical supplies factory in Lutterworth. The approximately 1.52-acre site is located within half a mile of the town centre and represents an opportunity to bring a redundant brownfield site back into productive use.
The proposed development comprises a 75-bed purpose-built care home, making efficient use of previously developed land in a sustainable and accessible location. The scheme will provide high-quality modern care accommodation while contributing to the regeneration of an underutilised site close to the established facilities of Lutterworth.
