Barcroft Estates has submitted a detailed planning application for a new 66-bed care home at Devereux House, Farnborough. The proposal seeks to comprehensively regenerate the former residential care and assisted living facility, bringing a redundant site back into productive use.
The design responds to the site’s sensitive setting by retaining the façade of the original building while extensively redeveloping the remainder of the site. The resulting scheme provides a modern, high-quality care home while retaining an important element of the site’s existing character.
