Barcroft Estates has submitted a planning application for a new 75-bed purpose-built care home in Lutterworth. The proposal will regenerate a former medical supplies factory site within approximately half a mile of the town centre, providing an opportunity to make efficient use of previously developed land in a sustainable location.
