Barcroft Estates has completed the sale of the Newport site, marking the successful conclusion of its involvement in the development opportunity at Mere Park. The site was acquired and progressed for the delivery of a 74-bed purpose-built care home for Lovett Care, an award-winning care operator.
The site occupies a prominent and accessible position alongside the Premier Inn, Beefeater restaurant and Mere Park Garden Centre, immediately off the A41. The project provided an opportunity to deliver high-quality specialist care accommodation in an established location close to Newport, with the completed sale marking another successful project for Barcroft.
