Barcroft Estates has exchanged contracts to deliver a new purpose-built care home on a prominent greenfield site to the east of Newport, Shropshire. Located alongside the Premier Inn, Beefeater restaurant and Mere Park Garden Centre, the site occupies an accessible position immediately off the A41 and benefits from its proximity to the established town.
The proposed development comprises a 74-bed care home designed to provide high-quality purpose-built accommodation within the local community. Work has already commenced on the preparation of the planning application which will be submitted later this year.
